This January, we’re delivering two essential in-person training courses designed to support both employee wellbeing and safe working practices. Both courses will be delivered face-to-face offering interactive training led by experienced instructors in a supportive learning environment.
Mental Health First Aider (MHFA)
Mental health is just as important as physical safety. Our Mental Health First Aider course equips delegates with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to recognise signs of mental ill health, provide initial support, and guide colleagues towards professional help.

The Mental Health First Aider course is delivered over two days, with one day per week. Upcoming dates are 19th & 26th January and 13th & 20th February. The course will take place in Hadleigh, Ipswich. The price is £250 + VAT per person.
Manual Handling Training
Manual handling injuries remain one of the most common causes of workplace absence. Our Manual Handling course provides practical, easy-to-apply techniques to reduce risk, prevent injury, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The Manual Handling course is delivered as a half-day session. Upcoming dates are 14th & 21st January and 11th & 18th February. Training will take place in Hadleigh, Ipswich and in Hersden, Canterbury. The price is £100 + VAT per person for Hadleigh and £120 + VAT per person for Canterbury.

CITB Accredited Site Safety Plus Training
All our courses can be delivered remotely or on-site. If you'd like to arrange training at your construction site or company premises, please complete our enquiry form and a member of our team will get in touch to discuss options.
SSSTS -Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme
For those new to, or already in, supervisory roles. The course covers how health and safety law applies to supervisors, safe site management, risk assessments, method statements, effective inductions and briefings, monitoring site activities and addressing unsafe practices.
Certification lasts five years and requires a refresher before expiry.
SSSTS Refresher - Site Supervisor Safety Training Refresher
This one-day SSSTS Refresher updates your knowledge of site safety, health, welfare and environmental responsibilities. The course covers health and safety on construction sites, the structure of safety law, supervisor and manager responsibilities, method statements, site communication, behavioural safety and occupational health.
Certification lasts five years and must be refreshed before expiry.
SMSTS Refresher -Site Management Safety Training Scheme
This refresher reinforces essential legislation, risk assessments, control measures and effective communication to maintain a strong safety culture. It updates your knowledge of health, safety, welfare and environmental responsibilities and current best practice.
Certification lasts five years and requires another refresher before expiry.
If you're a CITB-registered employer, you can claim the following grant support for each employee who completes a course
SSSTS – £140 l Tier 2
SSSTS Refresher – £70 l Tier 2
SMSTS – £240 l Tier 3
SMSTS Refresher – £120 l Tier 3
